Islamabad United won 2 title of Pakistan Super League  one from Queeta Gladaitors  in first event of PSL 2016.Second title won in 2018 form Peshawar Zalmi. The team established in 2015 for playing in first event of Pakistan Super League (PSL).The franchise is owned by Leonine Global Investments through its sports entity Leonine Global Sports owned by Amna Naqvi and Ali Naqvi.The Islamabad franchise was sold to Leonine Global Sports for US$15 Million.
